Good morning!
🎵 Here’s a song worth sharing with your Dildara. (It’s one of my favorites)
Now that the soundtrack is set…
October is moving fast.
So before the week gets any busier, I’ve got a teacher carrying books on his scooter, a healthcare rule worth knowing about, and three questions to test your random knowledge. Let’s see what’s stirring.

📚 A library that arrives on a scooter

Tamil Nadu government-school teacher Saravanan was gifted 250 children’s books by the National Book Trust. Instead of keeping them in one place, he strapped a box of books to his scooter and started taking them to children in Narikuravar settlements near Tirupattur.
Now, the kids run out when they hear his scooter arrive. His next goal is a permanent library and getting school dropouts back into class.
Some kids wait for the ice-cream cart. These kids wait for a scooter full of books.

🩺 Could that patient testimonial be fake?

Doctors, hospitals and medical institutions in India now have new rules for how they can advertise themselves.
The National Medical Commission has banned AI-generated patient testimonials, fake treatment outcomes, guaranteed-cure claims, paid rankings and influencer-led patient acquisition. The rules also cover promotional medical content that cannot be verified.
Why now?
Healthcare marketing has moved far beyond newspaper ads.
Today, a clinic can reach you through Instagram reels, search results, influencers, patient videos and now AI-generated voices or faces.
The problem starts when promotion looks like genuine medical advice or a real patient experience.
What changes?
Doctors and hospitals can still share health information.
What they cannot do is create fake proof, promise outcomes they cannot guarantee, or pay for rankings and promotions that could mislead patients.
For me, the most useful takeaway is simple: a polished testimonial is not the same thing as medical evidence. Read more →
